Assistant Client Advisor – Luxury Menswear Fashion

clothsurgeon is a London based luxury bespoke menswear brand, that harmoniously brings together the two worlds of street culture and tailored craftsmanship. In 2022 clothsurgeon made history by opening the first luxury bespoke streetwear store on the world famous, Savile Row.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Client Advisor professional to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience across in-store, remote, and trunk show channels. This is a key role focused on client engagement, order management, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Savile Row store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in daily sales operations, client appointments, and order management
  • Support all aspects of the client journey — from welcoming new clients and managing CRM data to assisting with bespoke fittings, order processing and follow-up.
  • Assist in maintaining store presentation and ensuring all stock is properly managed and merchandised
  • Help prepare for client appointments and follow up on outstanding communications or payments
  • Learn the clothsurgeon bespoke offering and support during fittings and made-to-order appointments (training provided)
  • Accurately log and maintain client information using CRM software
  • Coordinate product deliveries and ensure smooth execution of orders
  • Provide a warm, personalised in-store experience that reflects the values of the brand
  • Support the Sales Manager with client development activities including events, gifting, and styling support
  • Help build relationships with stylists, VIP clients, concierge services, and private networks to support sales outreach
  • Attend and support sales events and trunk shows, including preparation, logistics, and client follow-up

Trunk Show Support

  • Assist in the coordination of trunk show schedules, appointment booking, and client communication
  • Support with packing, shipping, and logistics for both domestic and international trunk shows
  • Work alongside the trunk show manager to ensure seamless event execution

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury retail or client-facing environment
  • Confident working with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn & grow within a sales-focused role
  • Availability to work weekends and travel if required
  • Passionate about luxury fashion and sales
  • Strong eye for detail and a drive to develop within the industry.
  • Understanding of Linked In.

Details

Location: clothsurgeon, Savile Row, London W1

This role is Part Time – 3 days per week

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6:30pm

Salary: Dependent on experience + commission structure
