We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trunk Show Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and sales performance of trunk shows across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a fashion-forward individual with a passion for menswear, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in luxury retail or event planning environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of multiple trunk shows, including location/partner selection, scheduling, logistics, inventory, setup, and on-site operations.
- Lead point of contact for all events related to Trunk shows and in store activations.
- Budget, track and manage all associated Trunk show costs – reporting to Line Manager
- Oversee all logistics and the execution of the client experience at events (i.e., check-in experience, gifting, photo and product experience)
- Manage preparation, packing, and shipping of materials for trunk shows, both domestically and internationally.
- Coordinate outreach and efficiently manage appointment scheduling.
- Work closely with store manager to ensure smooth execution of trunk shows, including logistics and follow-ups and payments.
- A key aspect of the role is ensuring a positive and seamless experience for clients during the trunk show, from initial contact to the event itself.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborators during trunk shows,
- Drive sales by building relationships and fostering a loyal client base.
- Manage inventory control, product presentation, and visual merchandising standards at each trunk show.
- Provide post-show reporting, including sales results, client feedback, and event insights., and recommend improvements for future events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and promotional materials needed for trunk shows.
- Train and lead temporary staff or assistants during high-volume events.
- Ensure all trunk show venues meet the brand’s visual and service standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s collection, fabric options, and seasonal trends.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury or fashion event management.
- Highly organized and attention to detail with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence consulting with UHNW clients and high-profile individuals.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently exceptional service.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and including weekends.
- Proficient in CRM systems, POS tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Store opening hours: Monday to Saturday 10am – 6.30pm
Location: London, Savile Row, W1.
Salary, contractor rate depending on experience.
