Stock items will be dispatched within two working days.
Made to order items, will be dispatched from 5-21 days from the date of payment. A date can also be discussed for an express Bespoke service.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Stock items can be returned within 7 days. All returns must be sent via recorded mail, the item is the customers responsibility until we have received the return. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packaging. Products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition to qualify for a refund, others will be returned to the customer at their own cost. Exchange can only be made for the same item if a different size is required. Please place a new order if alternative items are required and return the original item for a refund.
Made to Order/Bespoke/Custom items can not be returned as they are made for the customer specifically, to their details and requirements.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To start the return process please email sales@clothsurgeon.com with your order number. Once a return has been authorised you will need to post the item(s) to 40 Savile Row, London, W1S 3QS.
